An ordinance amending Chapter 12.40 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Street Construction or Improvement Reimbursement Charges”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which sets the reimbursement amounts for the street improvements on Wapato Drive.

This ordinance, which was passed on February 11, 2014, will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
