An ordinance amending Chapter 8.08 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Garbage Collection”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes procedures for solid waste franchises and provides that containers designated for residential use may not be used for any commercial purposes.

This ordinance, which was passed on February 11, 2014, will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
