NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners on Wednesday, February 26, 2014, at 9:15 am., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the County Commissioners Chambers at the Franklin County Courthouse, 1016 N. 4th Avenue, Pasco, Washington.

The purpose of the public hearing is to announce the completion of the Sunset Domestic Water Association well rehabilitation project, which utilized Community Development Block Grant Imminent Threat Grant funding, and to permit public comment on said project.

This project was performed utilizing funds from the Imminent Threat Grant Program and was pursuant to a declaration of emergency issued on May 1, 2013. The project ran from May 1, 2013, to August 13, 2013.

The Commissioners’ Chambers are handicap accessible. Arrangements to reasonably accommodate special needs, including handicap accessibility or interpreter, will be made upon receiving 24-hour advance notice. Please contact the Commissioners’ Office at (509) 545-3535.
