Othello levy ahead slightly

OTHELLO -- The Othello School District M&O levy is passing by a small margin, 488 yes votes and 451 no votes, 52 percent approving. School M&O levies require a bare majority, 50 percent plus one, for approval.
Othello will receive $2.7 million the first year, $2.8 million the second year and $2.9 million the third year, district business manager Gina Bullis said.
