Reader praises the food section of CBH

My name is R.T. Williams. I am a former long-term resident of Moses Lake and current subscriber to the electronic edition of the Columbia Basin Herald. I am writing to praise the food section of the newspaper. One thing that I ALWAYS look forward to are the recipes by Chef and Grant County Gourmet, Dan Bolyard. I love how he often ties the recipes into cultural events, and even things like the changes of seasons, and most recently the Superbowl. Anyway, I just wanted to say that I hope his contribution to the CBH will continue into the future, as he is one of the big reasons that I keep reading. I have made several of his recipes with great success, and hope to continue doing that.
