Viet Nam topic at Historical lunch

EPHRATA - Diners at the Tuesday, Feb. 11, Grant County Historical Society heritage luncheon will get a native's-eye view of the Vietnam with which the USA warred in the 1950s-1970s.

The guest speaker will be Binh (Ben) Dang, Mommy Yum Yum' Restraurant owner. He will speak about his "Escape From Viet Nam."

The day will start with the GCHS's regular Board Meeting on at 11 a.m. at the Ephrata American Legion Post at 276 Eighth Ave. NW.

If you wish to have lunch ($5), you are asked to call the Legion after 1 p.m. at 509-754-2761 or Rita Mayrant at 509-750-4555 for a reservation. The public is invited.
