An ordinance amending Chapter 3.27 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Real Estate Excise Tax: 1986” (This summary is published pursuant to RCW 35A.12.160. The full text of the ordinance will be mailed, without charge, to any person upon request.) The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which sunsets the additional 1/4 of 1% in real estate tax on March 13, 2017. This ordinance, which was passed as an emergency on December 23, 2014, will take effect immediately.
