109 kids receive gifts at school
Some gifts remain around the giving tree while others are sorted out for their intended recipients.
Red Rock Elementary, and Sheila and John Ziegler, would like to send a big thanks to all of those who donated gifts, food and more for our Giving Tree this year.
The generosity was overwhelming! We were able to spread Christmas cheer to 89 children elementary school aged and younger, as well more than 20 students at the middle and high schools.
The Zieglers would like the volunteers to know that "We feel so blessed to be a part of such an amazing and generous community!"
I have attached a picture showing the giving tree with a small sample of the gifts that were donated. The others had already been taken to another area to be sorted for the families.
