Joe Gavinski has stirred up this mess. Move him to Montana and let him "lose" some millions. The City Council built their "castle" and need to be moved out and all of it rented. That should get a large part of the money owed REC coming back in. Explain to REC, Moses Lake needs decent pay back rates "with decent" interest. This is REC's town also and we (the town) need their help. No money or benefits for any council member.
