PROJECT: The purpose of the project is to relocate rocks within a 300 ft. x 100 ft. area water ward of the Sunland Estates Community Park.

Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Exemption from SSDP) received by Grant County 10/17/14 and SEPA Checklist received on 12/08/14 from Sunland Estates Homeowners Association (Designated Contact: Dean Sprayberry, 830 River Drive SW, Quincy, WA 98848) were found to be technically complete on 12/08/14. PROJECT: The purpose of the project is to relocate rocks within a 300 ft. x 100 ft. area water ward of the Sunland Estates Community Park. Rocks that are less than half buried and larger than 4 in.x4 in. will be individually relocated greater than 100 ft. from ordinary high water mark (OHWM). Additionally, the proposal calls for removing 3 rock jetties near the park shoreline and relocating those rocks individually out greater than 100 ft. of OHWM. Rocks that leave a divot larger than 1 foot deep in the substrate will not be candidates for relocation. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: WDFW Hydraulic Approval. STUDIES

REQUIRED: None LOCATION The location is off the shore of the Sunland Estates Community Park (832 River Dr. SW, Quincy WA) Parcel #15-0002-000. The subject parcel is owned by the Grant County PUD, in the SE quarter of Section 2, Township 18 North, Range 22 East, WM, Grant County, WA. SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Rural Conservancy/Shoreline

International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
