Sealed bids will be received by Grant Transit Authority (GTA) at its administrative office for the surplus items described below.

The surplus items may be viewed at 104 W. 5th Ave., Moses Lake, WA (former funeral home building) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on December 11, 2014. All items shall be sold in an “as is” condition without warranty. Successful bidder shall be required to sign and submit forms supplied by GTA. Bid proposals must be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Public Sale” and must be in the actual possession of and received by GTA at its admin office, 8392 Westover Blvd. NE, Moses Lake, WA by 2 p.m. on December 11, 2014. Unsigned and incomplete bids shall be considered non-responsive and discarded. Successful bidders will be notified by telephone or email and required to submit payment in the form of cash, certified check or cashiers check. No PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Successful bidders must remove all items from GTA premises by Tuesday, December 23, 2014.
