Person of interest named in homicide

MOSES LAKE - The Moses Lake Police Department has released a photo of a person of interest in the Jose Pichardo homicide this fall.
Police are searching for Luis A. Suarez-Galvan, 18, of Moses Lake, as a person of interest in the Oct. 31 shooting homicide of Pichardo, 22, of Moses Lake.
On Nov. 7 the Moses Lake Regional Tactical Response Team and detectives served a search warrant in the 4300 block of Roberts Place Northeast in Moses Lake as part of their investigation.
Officers were not able to find Suarez-Galvan during the search, according to Capt. David Sands.
Suarez-Galvan is described as a Hispanic male, with a medium build, brown eyes and black hair.
