Notice is hereby given that a Short Subdivision application was received by Grant County on October 30, 2014 from Greg Zaser (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on November 19, 2014. PROJECT: A three lot short plat from a 43.34 acre parcel. One lot will be for residential use. The other two lots will be for agriculture use only, with no residential capacity. LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of Dodson Rd. immediately south of S Frontage Rd. and I-90. The parcel is located in a portion of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #16-0523-001. ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
