An ordinance amending Chapter 13.12 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Water, Sewer, and Stormwater Rates”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which increases the service charges for water, sewer and stormwater.

This ordinance, which was passed on August 26, 2014, will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
