Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on July 2, 2014 from Lew Wagner (Designated Contact: Prairie Land Surveying, 5134 Rd. E.7 NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on August 21, 2014. PROJECT: A Short plat of a 147 acre parcel into two lots. Lot 1 will be 2.5 acres and will be used for residential purposes. Lot 2 will be 145 acres and continue to be used as a fruit orchard. STUDIES REQUIRED: Geo Tech Report. LOCATION: The property is located on the South side of Road 10 SW, approximately one mile east of Dodson Rd. SW. The site is located in a portion of Sections 23 and 26, Township 17 North, Range 26 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #21-0052-000 CURRENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
