Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on August 07, 2014 from Vincent Bryan were found to be technically complete on August 15, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To construct a 60-ft. by 100-ft. (Approx. 6,000 sq. ft. wine production building and a future 100-ft. by 150-ft. evaporative pond for gray water on site in the Master Plan Resort Zoning District of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is Cave B, 344 Silica Rd. NW, Quincy, WA 98848, approximately five miles north of the Silica Rd. and I-90 interchange. The property is located in a portion of the E half of Section 31, Township 19 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #05-0068-204 ZONING: Master Plan Resort. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
