Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on August 07, 2014 from Peter Laush Etal (Designated Contact: Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 N Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on August 15, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of an approximately 23.50 acre parcel into 4 lots. Lot 1 will be approximately 5.07 acres and will have residential capacity. Lot 2 will be approximately 5.04 acres in size and will have residential capacity. Lot 3 will be approximately 5.08 acres in size and will have residential capacity. Lot 4 will be approximately 7.43 acres in size and will have residential capacity. Tract A will be .55 acres and will not have any residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is located southwest of George, WA, about .40 miles south of the intersection of S Frontage Rd W and Road S SW. The property is in the eastern half of Section 14, Township 18 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #15-0408-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
