CARPET AND ADHESIVE PURCHASE – TRAC CENTER - ATRIUM

The Franklin County Board of Commissioners is requesting sealed Proposals for purchase of Carpet and Adhesive for the TRAC Center - Atrium.

Three original sealed Proposals must be submitted in a CLEARLY MARKED manila envelope stating: “Request for Proposal – Carpet and Adhesive – TRAC Center – Atrium”. Proposals must be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, September 2, 2014, to the Franklin County Commissioners’ Office located at 1016 N. 4th Avenue, A103, Pasco WA 99301. Proposals timely received will be opened publicly and read aloud at 9:00 a.m. in the commissioner’s meeting room on September 3, 2014. All proposals received after 3:00 p.m., Pacific Standard Time, on September 2, 2014 will be rejected and returned unopened to the submitting Contractor.

The County retains the right to reject any and all bids and to waive minor irregularities in the bidding process
