Water Right Permit No. G3-28950P

TAKE NOTICE: That on 7/24/2014, LBT Enterprises, LLC of Ephrata, Washington filed application with the Grant County Water Conservancy Board (GCWCB) to change/modify rights under permit No. G3-28950P. Application identified as: GCWCB No. GRAN-14-03.

That with a priority of 2/7/1991 said permit issued for 100 gallons per minute (gpm), 9 acre-feet per year (af/yr) from three wells for continuous group domestic supply of 9 homes. That the current water right place of use is generally described as being within a portion of the NW1/4 S26, T21N, R24EWM, specific legal description available upon request from the GCWCB, contact information given below. That the current permit source locations are within SE1/4NW1/4 and NE1/4NW1/4 S26, T21N, R24EWM.

That the application requests changing the place of use to: S1/2NW1/4 and W1/2SW1/4 S24, T21N, R24EWM. That the application requests changing the source locations to three wells located within: SW1/4SW1/4 S24, SW1/4NW1/4 S25 and NE1/4NE1/4 S26; all within T21N, R24EWM.

Any interested party may submit comments, objections, and other information to the board regarding the application(s). The comments and information may be submitted in writing or verbally at any public meeting of the board held to discuss or decide on the application(s). The application(s) will be on the board agenda during its regular meetings, contact the GCWCB for time and location of meetings. Additionally, the board will consider written comments or information provided within thirty (30) days from the last date of publication of this notice, said written comments or information to be provided to its offices located at 1021 West Broadway Ave., Moses Lake, WA 98837.

Any protests or objections to the approval of the application may be filed with the Department of Ecology and must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty dollar ($50) recording fee and filed with: Department of Ecology, Cashiering Unit, PO Box 47611, Olympia, WA 98504-7611 within thirty (30) days from August 19, 2014.
