Foul play not suspected in baby boy's death at Potholes State Park

OTHELLO — A Grant County spokesman said Monday the death of a 3-month-old boy at Potholes State Park is not believed to be criminal or associated with foul play.
A family camping at the park awoke Saturday morning to find their 3-month old son was not breathing and did not have a pulse, according to Kyle Foreman, a Grant County spokesman.
Emergency services and deputies were dispatched, but the child was pronounced dead at the scene.
The boy’s name and his family was not released Monday because the autopsy had not been completed.
