PROJECT: Construct a 3’ wide concrete path with 6’ wide gravel shoulder from existing trail/campground in order to provide access to the Columbia River Shoreline.

Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development) received by Grant County on 8/4/14 from Grant County PUD #2 (Designated Contact: Igor Shaporda, PO Box 878, Ephrata, WA 98823) was found to be technically complete on 8/12/14 PROJECT: Construct a 3’ wide concrete path with 6’ wide gravel shoulder from existing trail/campground in order to provide access to the Columbia River Shoreline. A trash receptacle will also be placed as part of this project. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: None. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located approximately 2.30 miles southeast of (and downriver from) Priest Rapids Dam, and approximately 6miles west of the intersection of State Highway 243 and State Highway 24, and in the SE quarter of Section 6, Township 13North, Range 24 East, and in a portion of Section 7, Township 13 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcels #15-0767-000 & #15-0771-000. SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Rural. ZONING: Rural Remote. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
