Bread, Cheese, Cured Meat festival on tap

TRINIDAD - Artisan bread, cheese, cured meat, and live music are coming to White Heron Cellars on Saturday, Aug. 16, at 6:30 p.m. for the annual Bread, Cheese & Cured Meat festival.

Vinman's Bakery will be coming from Ellensburg with its selection of superb breads and pastries. Vinman's has been making bread for many years and is arguably amongst the best bakeries in the state.

Pine Stump Farms began making cheese in 2006 and will be coming down from Omak with its aged goat cheeses.

Glondo's Meats opened in 1986 and has been making great salami, coppa, pepperoni and other cured meats which it will bring from Cle Elum.

And Dimestore Prophets from Moses Lake will bring its original rock tunes and keep the dancers happy.

There will be a $10 charge at the door that goes to the band. The various artisan foods are available directly from the individual producers.
