NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Mike Detrick, 372 Clovernook Street, Richland, WA 99352 for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2014-04.
Said application is to operate a construction company office and farm office in a new 40’ x 40’ office building. The new structure will be used for the dual operation of a farm office for Detrick Farms LLC and an office for D9 Contractors, Inc. (D9 Contractors, Inc., a metal stud and drywall contractor owned and operated by Mike Detrick). As proposed, the office(s) will involve a total of 4 full time occupants and have minimal associated traffic and outside storage. The property is approximately 48 acres in size and is zoned Agricultural Production 20 (AP-20).
The subject parcel is described as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Portion of Farm Unit 50, Irrigation Block 1. Parcel No. 124-300-247.
NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The property is located north of the City of Pasco, west of Columbia River Road, at the northeast interesction of Fanning Road and LaPorte Drive near site address 250 LaPorte Drive. (Parcel Number 124-300-247).

NOTICE IS GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on September 2, 2014 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application. Written comments are accepted prior to the public hearing and those comments shall be submitted to the Franklin County Planning Department, 1016 North 4th, Pasco, Washington 99301.
