Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on July 31, 2014 from LaRaine Arriola were found to be technically complete on August 05, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To construct a 60-ft. by 200-ft. (Approx. 12,000 sq. ft. agricultural storage building in the Agriculture Zoning District of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located at approximately 0.5 miles south of the intersection of Road 4 SW & Road G SW. It is located in the NW quarter of the SW quarter of Section 25, Township 18 North, Range 25 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #15-1676-001). ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
