PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 345.41 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Plat application received by Grant County on May 5, 2014 from Segale Properties LLC (Designated Contact: Jami Balint, PO Box 88028, Tukwila, WA 98138, 206-575-2000), was found to be technically complete on July 25, 2014. PROJECT: A Short Plat of approximately 345.41 acres in order to create four (4) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. Three proposed clustered lots (Lots 2, 3 and 4) are presently vacant and intended for residential use. As proposed, Lot 2 will be approximately 1.75 acres in size, Lot 3 will be approximately 2.47 acres in size, and Lot 4 will be approximately 2.50 acres in size. Lot 1 will be approximately 336.69 acres in size, and is also presently vacant. Lot 1 will continue its present active agricultural use, but maintains residential capacity. Lot 1 will also contain the required designated open-space area. STUDIES REQUIRED: Geotechnical Investigation Report completed on July 2, 2014. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 9493 Road H SE, Othello, WA. It is located south of Potholes Reservoir and O’Sullivan Dam, approximately 1.40 miles southeast of the intersection of State Highway 262 and Road H SE, near the intersection of Road H SE and Road 9 SE, and in the NE, NW, and SW quarters of Section 21, Township 17 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #17-0039-000). ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
