Notice is hereby given that the following application for a Subdivision & a SEPA Checklist has been re-scheduled for a public hearing. APPLICANT: Mike Bernsen (Designated Contact: Robert Culp, Munson Engineers, PO Box 3796, Wenatchee, WA 98807), and were found to be technically complete on June 9, 2014. PROJECT: This proposal is to divide an existing 2.43 acre parcel into six lots. The parcel is zoned Urban Residential 2 and is located within the UGA of Moses Lake. The lots will range in size from 14,547 sq. ft. to 18,400 sq. ft. and will be for residential use. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject property is located on Viewcrest Dr. SE, approximately ? mile south of Goodrich Rd. SE. The parcel is located in the NW ? of Section 3, Township 18 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #17-0073-012. ZONING: Urban Residential 2. RE-SCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING: The proposal has been re-scheduled for a public hearing before the Grant County Hearings Examiner on September 10, 2014 at 12:00pm noon in the Commissioner’s Hearing Room of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, Washington.
