It has been said that the precinct committee officer is the most important political officer in the entire field of politics. However, it's not a well-known political office. Some of the voters have no idea what a PCO is. In a nutshell, his/her job is to help the voters in his/her precinct to learn the issues and know the candidates. They also communicate with the voters with the goal in mind to take their comments, concerns, and ideas to the Central Committee.
