ORDINANCE 14-02
The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 14-02 Adopting a Twelve Month Moratorium on the Establishment of Medical Marijuana Collective Gardens and Medical Cannabis Dispensaries, Defining “Medical Marijuana Collective Gardens” and “Medical Cannabis Dispensaries”; Providing for a Public Hearing; Establishing an Effective Date, and Providing that the Moratorium, Unless Extended, Will Sunset Within Twelve (12) Months of the Date of Adoption.
The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 14-02 Adopting a Twelve Month Moratorium on the Establishment of Medical Marijuana Collective Gardens and Medical Cannabis Dispensaries, Defining “Medical Marijuana Collective Gardens” and “Medical Cannabis Dispensaries”; Providing for a Public Hearing; Establishing an Effective Date, and Providing that the Moratorium, Unless Extended, Will Sunset Within Twelve (12) Months of the Date of Adoption. This ordinance was passed on the 15st day of April, 2014, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law.
