NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD April 29, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider a Minor Zone Change request from Randy Niessner for a portion of one parcel.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD April 29, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider a Minor Zone Change request from Randy Niessner for a portion of one parcel. The parcel currently has inconsistent zoning and land use designations. The portion of the property south of the existing runway (approximately 70 acres) will be rezoned Urban Residential 1, which will be consistent with the existing land use designation. The property north of the runway will remain Urban Light Industrial.

The subject area is located in the northern portion of S 17, T 16 N, R 26 E, W.M., Grant County, WA approximately one mile southeast of Royal City. The site address is 4591 Rd. 13.6 SW, Royal City, WA. (Parcel #16-0130-000)
