Sale of Surplus Equipment

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Moses Lake at the Public Works Office, 11789 Road 4 NE, (P.O. Box 1579), Moses Lake, Washington 98837 until 2:00 p.m., October 10, 2013. Envelopes shall be clearly marked “SEALED BID AND THE EQUIPMENT NUMBER”.

Equipment may be inspected one day only (no exceptions). Inspection date is Saturday, October 5, 2013, between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Bid Proposal Forms may be obtained

and equipment may be inspected at the City of Moses Lake Operations Complex, 11789 Rd 4 NE, Moses Lake, Washington. All bids must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Proposal Form furnished by the Public Works Office. City of Moses Lake reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best interest of the City. The equipment is being sold in “as-is condition”. Bidders receiving multiple awards shall purchase all equipment awarded to them. Bidders failing to pay for all items awarded shall have their bid proposals rejected for all auction items.

Equipment must be paid in full and removed from the city property within 14 days of being notified as the successful bidder. Pick up hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
