QUINCY - The annual election of the Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 10.
Voters will be electing a director for Director Division 3, Director Division 4 and Director Division 7 to serve a term of three (3) years.
The deadline for filing a Petition of Nomination is Monday, Nov. 4, at 5 p.m. at the District office in Quincy. Copies of the Petition of Nomination are also available at that office.
Currently serving as Director of Division 3 is Philip Stadelman. That division includes all of Range 25 and south to the Frenchman Hills.
Currently serving as Director of Division 4 is Mike LaPlant. His division includes all of Range 26 and south to the Frenchman Hills.
Currently serving as Director of Division 7 is Derek Allred. The division he serves includes all of that portion of the Royal Slope area lying west of Dodson Road; North to include Block 81 and that portion of Block 80 lying west of Dodson Road and south to the District boundary.

Polling locations will be announced after the closing of the nominations.
