Moses Lake man hurt near Warden

WARDEN – A Moses Lake man was injured in a one-car accident three miles west of Warden on Highway 170 the late afternoon of Sept. 9.

He had fallen asleep, the Washington State Patrol said.

The injured driver, Terry Curtis Collier, 32, was wearing his seatbelt, the Washington State Patrol said. No drugs or alcohol were involved.

Collier was transported to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake. His 2000 Subaru Legacy was impounded by Central Towing.

According to the WSP, Collier was driving eastbound on 170 when his vehicle left the roadway to the left, rolled and came to rest on its side off of the roadway.
