THE CITY OF OTHELLO IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR 2014 TOURISM PROMOTION PROJECTS IN THE CITY

Each year the City receives funds from lodging room tax imposed upon the hotels/motels within the City.

Each year the City receives funds from lodging room tax imposed upon the hotels/motels within the City. These funds can be expended as established by State law (RCW 67.28.1815). To be considered for funding, your organization must meet one of the following criteria:

• Tourism marketing

• Marketing and operations of special events and festivals

• Operations of tourism-related facilities owned or operated by nonprofit organizations

The City Council will review each proposed application and the organization will be contacted if their application meets the qualifications.
