Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on 8/20/13 from Rogelio & Guadalupe Salas (Contact: Jeff Curtis, PO Box 1845, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on 9/13/13. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of 4.65 acres into four lots in the Urban Commercial 2 Zone. Lot 1 contains and existing metal fabrication shop and Lot 4 contains an existing manufactured home. Lots 2 and 3 will be used for future commercial development. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The proposal is located on the east side of SR 243, approximately a half mile south of Rd. 24 SW. The site address is 24509 S. Hwy 243, Mattawa, WA. The parcel is located in a portion of the NW ? of the SW ? of Section 2, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #19-1545-003. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
