Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on 8/20/13 from Rogelio & Guadalupe Salas (Contact: Jeff Curtis, PO Box 1845, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on 9/13/13. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of 4.65 acres into four lots in the Urban Commercial 2 Zone. Lot 1 contains and existing metal fabrication shop and Lot 4 contains an existing manufactured home. Lots 2 and 3 will be used for future commercial development. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The proposal is located on the east side of SR 243, approximately a half mile south of Rd. 24 SW. The site address is 24509 S. Hwy 243, Mattawa, WA. The parcel is located in a portion of the NW ? of the SW ? of Section 2, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #19-1545-003. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
