Robert (Bob) L. Fish

Robert (Bob) L. Fish passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 8, 2013, at the age of 73. He was on a goose hunting trip with family and friends in Warner, AB, Canada.

Bob was born in Great Falls, MT on May 21, 1940 to Arthur and Marie Fish. He attended school in Raynesford, Stanford and Great Falls, MT and graduated from high school in Moses Lake, WA in 1958. He attended college in Missoula, MT and Ellensburg, WA. In 1960 he joined the Navy and was an Electronics Technician.

After leaving the Navy, he joined his dad at A & B Meats, a retail/wholesale meat business, in Burien, WA and Moses Lake, WA until 1984. He tried his hand as the owner of an athletic club for a few months before he returned to the meat business. He was in the meat business for well over 37 years until he retired in May 2002. Bob especially loved fishing, hunting and golf and spent much of his retirement enjoying those sports. He also freelanced as a consultant to Churchill's as the house "Master Meat Cutter."

Bob is survived by Norma, his wife and friend of 51 years; a daughter Susan (David) Philen, two granddaughters Nicole (Josh) Bittner and Andrea (Jeremy) Lester and two great granddaughters Charlie and Tayler Bittner.

Bob's funeral service will be held on September 19, 2013 at Riplinger Funeral Home, 4305 N. Division, Spokane WA at 10 AM.
