Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on September 03, 2013 from the Stahl Hutterian Brethren (Designated Contact: Eli Stahl), were found to be technically complete on September 11, 2013.Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: The construction of one (1) approximately 59,000 sq. ft. potato storage facility and another smaller potato storage facility sometime in the future on an 639-acre parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES SUBMITTED: None. LOCATION: The subject site is located approximately 12 miles northeast of Moses Lake, WA, and is half a mile east of the corner of Rd. V NE and Rd. 9 NE in the northern portion of Section 23, Township 20 North, Range 30 East, WM, Grant County, WA. Parcel #18-1374-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None ZONING: Agriculture. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
