Grazing and Irrigated Agriculture Leases Offered at Public Auction

10 Year Lease Term

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) offers for lease at sealed bid public auction the following leases in Franklin County, Washington.

Lease No. 10-090343: containing 35 grazing acres, more or less, described as a portion of the NE4NE4 Section 16, Township 14 North, Range 30 East, W.M., Franklin County. Annual Rent will be $1,000.00.

Lease No. 12-090344: Containing 6.5 acres, more or less, described as portions of SE4SW4 Section 16, Township 10 North, Range 29 East, W.M., Franklin County containing 4.19 irrigated agriculture acres. Annual Rent will be $1,201.65.

Lease covenants may be examined at the Franklin County Courthouse in Pasco, DNR Southeast Region Office located at 713 Bowers Rd, Ellensburg, WA 98926, or the office of the Commissioner of Public Lands, Olympia, WA. Sealed bid auction will be held at the DNR’s Southeast Region office on October 15, 2013. Lease No. 12-090343 will be auctioned at 2:00 p.m., and Lease No. 12-090344 will be auctioned at 2:30 p.m. For a bidder’s qualification packet call (509) 925-0912.
