The Othello School District is asking for RFP’s to provide Professional Development to improve the educational success of English language learners through teacher training in research-based approaches from September 25, 2013 to June 28, 2014. Proposals to include all fees associated with training. RFP’s must be submitted by 09/20/2013. Training provided on site.
