Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on August 26, 2013 from the Grant County Fire District #5/Adams Brothers Property (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, P.O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on September 05, 2013.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on August 26, 2013 from the Grant County Fire District #5/Adams Brothers Property (Designated Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, P.O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on September 05, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 174.32 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agricultural zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 is approximately 2.12 acres in size and will be used for proposed fire station (truck storage) building; there no buildings on this site. Lot 2 is approximately 172.20 acres in size and is currently being used for Agricultural purposes having an Ag related building on the lot. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located approximately 10 miles South of Ephrata, in a portion of Farm Unit 231, Block 89 in the NE quarter of Section 09, Township 19 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #21-1377-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Office hours: 8 am–12 noon, 1–5 pm, M-F. Comments must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than 5 pm on September 26, 2013. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
