Harris wins individually, in tandem in men's golf

CRESCENT BAR – Tom Harris was a double winner in Crescent Bar men's golf individually and as part of a team on August 21.

There were several competitions, including individual net score for each nine, two-man teams over 18 holes and closest to the pin.

In division 1, the front nine winner was Don MeMuth with a score of 30.5. The back nine winner was Harris with 33.5.

The division 2 front nine winner was Orlan Wood with 33.5. The back nine winner was Joe Quintanilla with 32.5.

In the team competition, there was a tie between the teams of Tom Harris and Frank Laine and Mark Hillard and Wes Prinzen with net scores of 140.

The division 1 closest to the pin winner was Gordon Lennon at a distance of 21-9. Frank Laine won in division 2 at a distance of 44-0.
