Ephrata police chief to speak to historical group

EPHRATA – Ephrata Police Chief Mike Warren will make a presentation to the Grant County historical Society on Tuesday, Sept. 10, about the working conditions of police officers.

The Grant County Historical Society will have its board meeting at 11a.m. at the Ephrata American Legion, 276 Eighth Ave. NW, in Ephrata. Lunch will be served following the meeting at a cost of $5 per guest.

The guest speaker, Warren, will talk about the changes and challenges that face police officers today. You are asked to call the Legion at 754-2761 if you plan to have lunch. All members and guests are welcome.
