ORDINANCE NO. 13-04

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MESA, WASHINGTON, ADDING SECTION 13.04.050(E) 13.04.125 & 13.04.225 TO THE MESA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE WATER SERVICE SYSTEM

13.04.050 Water service application and deposit Subsection (E) was added.

13.04.125 Termination of water service by the property owner was added.

13.04.225 Water meter obstruction was added.

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Mesa AND APPROVED by the Mayor this 27th day of August 2013. Full text of this ordinance is available at Mesa City Hall and will be provided to any citizen upon personal request during normal business hours.
