Notice is hereby given that a Utility Easement Extinguishment application received by Grant County on August 21, 2013 from Joe and Mary Cassiano III was found to be technically complete on August 28, 2013. PROJECT: A Utility Easement Extinguishment for the vacation of the 10-ft. utility easements centered 5 ft. on each side of the common internal property line of a portion of Lots 5 and 6 of Astro Acres Phase 1 Plat. The parcels are located in the Urban Residential 2 zoning district of Grant County, WA. A Boundary Line Adjustment/ Lot Consolidation (#1170) is being processed in conjunction with this proposal. Utility Locate. LOCATION: The subject area is a portion of Lots 5 & 6 of the Astro Acres Phase 1 Plat. The subject area is located approximately 1 mile south of I-90 near the corner of Goodrich Rd. NE and Astro Ln. NE, and in the SE quarter of Section 03, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #12-1910-000 and #12-1911-000).

CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with
Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code.
