Notice is hereby given that a Utility Easement Extinguishment/Alteration application received by Grant County on October 24, 2013 from Dave and Sharon Keller (Designated Contact: CJ Lindquist of Steel Structures America) was found to be technically complete on October 24, 2013. PROJECT: Alteration of the 10-ft. utility easement measured perpendicularly from the south lot line of Lot 1 of the Desert Aire No. 1 Replat #20. The alteration would reduce the 10 ft. utility easement to 5 ft. measured perpendicularly from Lot 1 of the Desert Aire No. 1 Replat #20. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: None. STUDIES
REQUIRED: Utility Locate. LOCATION: The subject area is Lot 1 of the Desert Aire No.
1 Replat #20. The subject area is located approximately 4 miles southwest of Mattawa, WA on Apricot Place S, and in the SE SE Section 22, Township 14 North, Range 23 East, WM, and NE NE Section 27, Township 14 N, Range 23 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #02-1689-140). PRESENT ZONING: Rural Village Residential 1 PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with
Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
