Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on 9/9/13 from Robert Weber (Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on 10/08/13. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of a 71.38 acre parcel into 3 lots. Lot 1 will be 0.62 acres and has an existing home, well, and septic system. Lot 2 will be 13.01 acres and will be for agricultural use only, no residential capacity. Lot 3 will be 54.87 acres and will be for agricultural use only, no residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is 19229 Rd. 7 NW, located in the SW corner of the intersection of Rd. 7 NW and Rd. S NW. The property is located in the NE 1/4 of Section 35, Township 20 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #20-1094-000. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
