A Public Hearing will be held, October 29, 2013 at 7 PM in the Council Chambers located at 201 So. Ash Avenue, Warden, WA.

The Public Hearing is to hear comment regarding the disposal of surplus property, that the City has leasehold interest and the fee title to the property is vested with the Port of Warden.

The property boarders the City of Warden on the west and is within Section 16, Township 17 North, Range 30 East, W.M. – The property is known as the Airport Property. Proposed use of the lands involved is Industrial Development.
