MATTAWA SCHOOL LEVY

I am writing this letter in support of the Wahluke School District maintenance and operation levy.

Without the levy many of our students will not be able to experience the wonder of music, art, PE and other extracurricular activities that they currently enjoy.

For some of the students, this is the only opportunity they have to play an instrument, read new books, go on a field trip or have a new adventure.

The levy will not change the amount that we, as citizens, are taxed, but, if not passed will make a huge difference in the lives of many of our youths. With this funding our youths can also learn to be involved in a team sport, which teaches responsibility, growth, and development.

I encourage each and everyone to vote "yes" for the Wahluke School District levy.
