JOHN INGERSOLL TRIAL

As the wife of a witness in the behalf of John Ingersoll, I would like to thank the Register for printing the story in regards to the hearing of: the City of Mattawa and John Ingersoll.

It is refreshing to see both sides of the story put into print. Hopefully this article will lay to rest rumors and help the citizens of Mattawa understand the grave financial burden that has been laid on taxpayers.

If indeed the City of Mattawa can find no legal reason for the firing of Ingersoll, then they should buck up, chock it up to a learning experience and move on.

It is not about saving face now. It is about what is in the best interest of the tax paying citizens of Mattawa.
