PROJECT: This proposal is to alter and clarify the existing recorded plats of Desert View Acres Phase 2 & 3; an adjustment had been made to the center line of Road 20.8.

Notice is hereby given that a Subdivision Alteration application was received by Grant County on 9119113 from Frederick Slough (Contact: Knudsen Land Survey, PO Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823) and was found to be technically complete on 10/7/13. PROJECT: This proposal is to alter and clarify the existing recorded plats of Desert View Acres Phase 2 & 3; an adjustment had been made to the center line of Road 20.8. Lot 6 Desert View Acres Phase 2 was affected by the road adjustment and was shown on the Desert View Acres Phase 3. The attempt to depict the adjustment and apply a correction to Lot 6, Phase 2 within the Desert View Acres Phase 3 caused confusion in the records and Lot 6, Phase 3 was created. This alteration will correct the road alignment issue as well as the issue of Lot 6 appearing in both Phase 2 & 3. LOCATION: The properties involved in this Subdivision Alteration are located on Rd. 20.8 NE, just off of SR 28 approximately two miles east of the City of Soap Lake. Located in the North l/2 of Section 21, Township 22 North, Range 27 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Desert View Acres Phase 2 & 3. ZONING: Rural Residential 1. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Grant County Hearings Examiner, 12:00pm, November 13, 2013, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Office Hours: 8 am-12 noon, 1-5 pm, M-F. Comments must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than 5pm on October 28, 2013. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
