Elizabeth "Liz" L. Schwab

Elizabeth "Liz" L. Schwab, 64 years old, long time Warden resident passed away on October 3, 2013 at Columbia Crest Care and Rehab after a long term illness. Liz was born on

February 6, 1949 to Harold and Opal Schwab in Ephrata, Washington, and was raised on the family farm in Moses Lake. She was known as Liz, and Zip, was active as a kid in 4-H, and participated in Gymkhana events at Grant County Fair and Rodeo.

She graduated from Moses Lake High School in 1967 and went on to college at Columbia Basin Community College at the Tri-Cities. Upon returning home, she worked at Carnation Potato Plant, Goodwill, and later years was an Avon

Representative. She loved playing pinochle with her mother, and sharing her genealogy with family. Never being married or having kids, her dogs were like her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold Schwab Sr, and Opal Schwab. She leaves behind 1 sister and 3 brothers, Raedell Booker, Harold Schwab Jr., Jim Schwab, and Ephraim Schwab, 7 nieces and nephews, Amy Schwab (Kauffman), April Schwab, (Wash), Harold Schwab III, Douglas Booker, Michael Booker, Amanda Booker (Delay), Madeline Forbes-Schwab, and Kathleen Schwab.
